6 months - $20 per listing (including 2 photos) PREPAYMENT REQUIRED
Replace or update photo without renewing ad - $10 administrative fee
Scanning fee (per ad) if photo scanning is required - $10

We can accept cash, checks or money orders (made payable to NokotaHorsesForSale.com) only.

TERMS OF USE

NokotaHorsesForSale.com (to be known as NHFS.com) is NOT an agent, broker, or dealer in horses. NHFS.com offers the service of on-line classified advertising for Nokota horses for sale. Listed horses must be registerable Nokotas of at least one half blood.

RELEASE

NHFS.com acts as a venue for listing Nokota horses for sale. We are not involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers. And because we are not involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers, in the event you have a dispute with one or more users, you release NHFS.com and its owners from claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

NO GUARANTEE

NHFS.com does not guarantee the sale of your horse or your horse's services. NHFS.com does not guarantee the owner/seller's services, representations, or any horse's performance or fitness for a particular purpose. NHFS.com does not guarantee or warrant the performance of any person or entity advertising on its site. NHFS.com does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the ad's posted content.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

All advertisement listing requests are subject to reasonable editorial changes, deletion or may be refused at the discretion of the site owners.

PHOTOS

NHFS.com is not responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail. All photos ads have a per-listing fee which is subject to change. This is a setup, hosting and bandwidth fee. Photo(s) will remain on the ad until the horse is removed per seller's request, is SOLD and subsequently requested to be removed by the BUYER, or contracted time period has passed -- whichever comes first. All fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to delete ads for SOLD horses without notice to seller upon the request of the buyer.

COPYRIGHTED IMAGES

NHFS.com cannot be held responsible for copyright violations created by its users and/or customers. Our customers are solely responsible for obtaining express permission from professional photographers, subjects, etc. to display images on our site.

By using this service, all users, sellers, and buyers
